We book rental gear with Rhythm Japan in Hakuba, Niseko and Furano. Choose what you need, send the request from your account, and get fitted in the store when you arrive.

Prices are Rhythm Japan's list prices in yen, including tax. The total you see when you reserve is an estimate. The concierge confirms the final price and how to pay. Nothing is charged online.
Packages
Skis come with poles. Snowboards come with bindings. You choose skis or snowboard when you reserve.

Standard package
Skis or a snowboard with boots, made for first-timers and groomed runs. You can switch between skis and snowboard during your rental.
Age 3 to 13, from 125 cm
Kids premium package
Higher-end skis or a snowboard with boots, for children who already ride with confidence. The child must be at least 125 cm tall.

Skis or a snowboard with boots for children. The right choice for a first trip and for any child under 125 cm.
Clothing
Jackets and pants are rented separately. Sizes are chosen at the fitting. Goggles and gloves are not rented, so bring your own.

Choose the store and dates
Pick the destination, the store where you will collect the gear, and your first and last rental day.

Tell us about each rider
Name, date of birth, skis or snowboard, and level. Later we ask for height and weight so the store can prepare the gear.

Pick the gear
Choose a package, clothing and extras for each rider. You see the price for your dates as you go.

Send the request
The concierge places it with Rhythm Japan and confirms by email. You collect the gear and get fitted in the store.

- Stores. Hakuba: Rhythm Wadano (main store) and Rhythm Happo. Niseko: Rhythm Hirafu (main store) and Rhythm Setsu. Furano: Rhythm Furano.
- When to ask. Send your request at least 3 days before your first rental day. One request can cover up to 10 riders and up to 30 days.
- Collection. You can collect from 1 pm on the day before your first rental day.
- Return. Bring the gear back by 10 am on the day after your last rental day.
- Fitting. In the store only, with no delivery. The store checks your shoe size, stance and clothing size at the fitting.
- Shuttle. On your first rental day the store runs a free shuttle inside its service area. In Hakuba that is Happo, Wadano, Echoland, Goryu and Sierra. Phone the store 15 to 30 minutes before you want to be picked up.
- Swaps. You can swap between skis and snowboard during the rental.
- Damage. The price covers damage that can be repaired.
- Not rented. Goggles and gloves. Bring your own.
- Ages. Adult is 18 and over. Teen is 14 to 17, with adult prices and adult gear. Child is 3 to 13. Age is counted on the first rental day.
- Changes and cancellations. Write to the concierge. We will tell you the terms when we confirm.
